I live in USA. What is golden syrup and rice malt syrup?

I do not have the same protein powder as you. I used Inspire protein as advertised on the Bariatric Eating Facebook page. How would you advise substituting?

I would like to use some of your recipes. The various protein discs took interesting.

Ummm I will have to investigate the US equal to them – otherwise you can substitute them for honey 🙂

The protein powders will generally be interachangeable with any whey protein powder so I expect the inspire range to be fine – just need to calculate the amount to use 30g which is one scoop in Australia is 1oz
