Weigh in Wednesday…….
This week – 0.7kg
Since surgery – 40kg
Total – 58.9kg
I am pleasantly surprised with this weeks loss due to being unwell myself, caring for a sick child and doing very minimal exercise.
I also find it completely mind boggling that I have lost an astronomical 40kg since surgery. I never thought I could lose that much weight at all let alone losing that much in 24 weeks!
Today reinforced to me the importance of being organised when it comes to meal times! Today my work day was split between LMH and the department so I couldn’t take my normal little lunchbox #yumbox with me. Having to rely on foods from food courts left me bloated, crampy and Percy grumbling with severe nausea and a caught up feeling in my throat.
Back to my routine of being prepared with my lunchbox for tomorrow!
