  • 100g Passionfruit Chobani yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)

  • 1/2 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 weetbix biscuit
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon low calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 cup high protein milk
  • 1/2 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder

Method:

  • Dissolve the coffee and sweetener is the boiling water and then crush the weetbix biscuit into the coffee mixture
  • Place in the fridge to soak overnight
  • Add the milk and protein powder then blend until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 weetbix biscuits
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  • Place a crushed weetbix in a bowl and cover with the milk, place in the refrigerator overnight to soak
  • Place the soaked weetbix and milk mixture in a blender with all remaining ingredient a blender and process until smooth and well combined.
  • Serve immediately.

  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup Chobani yoghurt
  • 1/2 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 banana

  • Slice the banana in thin slices, reserve 5 rounds

  • 1/2 cup Chobani natural yoghurt 
  • 1/2 scoop (15g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cherry syrup 
  • 20g cherry, canned or jarred – drained & chopped
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut 
  • 2 teaspoons black chia seeds

Method: 

  • Drain the cherries reserving 1 teaspoon of the mixture
  • Place the yoghurt, protein powder and reserved cherry liquid into a blender and process until well combined
  • Pour into your serving bowl
  • Top with the coconut, chia seeds and cherries in your desired fashion
